About Us
Kristan is a graduate of RMIT University with a Bachelor of Applied Science (Geomatics) Degree – specialising in Surveying. Kristan has extensive experience within the surveying industry with a proven track record working for one of Australia’s largest Surveying firms. He has been Project Surveyor for large Subdivision and construction projects all across Australia. Some of these include Cloudbreak, Mining plant construction for FMG (WA). Kestrel Mine Extension Project for Rio Tinto (QLD). Christmas Creek, Mining plant construction for FMG (WA). During his time as Chief Project Surveyor on the Indian Ocean Drive highway project in Western Australia his tasks involved survey management of 3 field crews, purchasing equipment, quality control, risk assessment, reporting directly to directors, project management, and liaising and negotiating with all Supervisors and Works Managers. He has also had extensive experience in Subdivision and general construction projects of various sizes including bridge construction, apartment buildings and earthworks for housing allotments.
Tom is also a graduate of RMIT University with a Bachelor’s degree of Applied Science (Geomatics) specialising in Surveying. Tom has gained extensive experience and knowledge of both Surveying and construction through working on a variety of projects and workplaces across Australia and North America. Some of these include, CD4 a train unloader for BHP (WA), FMG Rail from Porthedland to Cloudbreak mine (WA), Kestrel Mine Extension Project (QLD) where he was the Chief Surveyor for 3 field crews, which involved, rostering, quality control, management of field data, and reporting to the clients various management levels. Also, in North America the PMH1 project (BC Canada) which is a large scale freeway interchange where he worked on bridges tunnels and staging in a office based role, which involved implementation and management of monitoring procedures, document quality management and field data preparation. Tom has also provided the survey needs for large subdivisions to small house blocks, and feature surveys.
